Materials/techniques for the figure:
- wire skeleton
- aluminium foil
- Darwi White air-dry clay (I highly recommend)
- toothpick, nail and chinese roast stick (or whatever small&sharp tool you can find) for carving (no need of embossing toolset)
- mechanical pencil head for detailed chainmail texture (best one could find for such small models)
- acrylic painting (this one's cheap, from Daco (might be chinese) - knowing one single tube from Maimeri (this one's from Italy) comes at the same price as an entire Daco box)
- patience

- a slice of wooden log
- polyvinyl alcohol
- sawdust
- polystyrene
- paper
- oil painting
- even more patience (the oil needs to dry, it usually takes a week)
